House Cleaning

What to clean?

·         Bathroom

·         Kitchen

How to Clean?

Bathroom

Tools: Scrubs, Blue Brush, Toilet Brush, Mop, Wipes, Vacuum Cleaner

Liquids: Cif, Harpic, Pledge for Ceramics

Procedure:

·         Bathroom floor – vacuum to remove hair and other dirt

·         Tub wall – scrub with cif and wash

·         Tub – scrub with cif and wash

·         Tub counter – scrub with soapy water and wipe clean

·         Sink – scrub with cif and wash

·         Soap stand – scrub with soapy water and wipe clean

·         Sink shelf – scrub with soapy water and wipe

·         Toilet – wipe outside with rag (wet and dry). Scrub inside with toilet brush and harpic cleaning fluid. Flush after 30 mins

·         Bidet – wipe with rag (wet and dry)

·         Floor – mop with pledge detergent

·         Garbage can – throw garbage bag and replace

·         Toilet paper holder – ensure toilet  paper holder has paper

Kitchen[KK1] 

Tools: Dry Rag, Wet Rag, Mop, Scrubs

Liquids: Liquid detergent, Pledge for Ceramics

Procedure:

·         Floor – vacuum to remove hair and other dirt

·         Microwave – wipe outside with soapy rag and dry rag. Wash and scrub inside turn table. Dry and replace

·         Sink – wash dishes and sink with scrub

·         Counter tops –  wipe counter tops with wet rag followed by dry rag

·         Floor – mop floor with pledge for ceramic

·         Oven – clean outside of oven. Scrub and wash inside utensils as necessary. Dry.

·         Washing Machine – Wipe machine with wet and dry rag

Common Areas[KK2] 

Tools: vacuum cleaner, broom, Mop, dry rag, wet rag, scoop

Liquids: Windex, Pledge for Parquet

Procedure:

·         Floor – vacuum floor to remove dust

·         Tables – wipe table tops and trays with wet rag and dry rag

·         Stereo – wipe stereo with wet rag and dry rag

·         Sofa – vacuum sofa, change sheets

·         Floor – mop floors

Balcony

Tools: Brush, Mop, Scoop

Liquids: Water

Procedure:
