With the amount of bandwidth I get, I think it’d be great idea for me to use it wisely and not waste it on heavy flash files or banners that are being pushed via Ads. I’ve got Ad block Plus installed on my Firefox browser and for IE I use a tracking protection list. However, I found this great resource which provides some great ideas as well.

At some time I’m going to configure my PDNSD service to use this.
My experience with Squid wasn’t the best. It kept crashing and I never took the time to fix the issue with its exploding cache files. So working on a proxy server is next on my to-do list.
